SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Your order will be shipped by Standard Ground unless otherwise specified. Signature upon delivery is not required. Ingwa;Melero Inc is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Any orders processed after 1:00pm EST, will ship out the next business day. If you refuse a shipment from Ingwa;Melero Inc or a shipment is undeliverable, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Ingwa;Melero. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Please email your shipping and handling questions or comments to email@example.com.
Ingwa;Melero Inc. will accept unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with tags attached, for a full refund within 20 days from purchase date. We currently do not offer exchanges or store credit for returned merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Ingwa;Melero Inc. is not responsible for shipping & handling costs on returned items. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Upon the receipt of returned goods, Ingwa;Melero Inc. reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements. Upon the receipt of returned goods, your return will be processed within 5 business days. We currently do not accept and will not process International returns. All SALE items are final sales and cannot be returned.

In the event that we processed your order incorrectly, or you received a damaged or defective item we will gladly replace or take back the merchandise for a full refund. Please contact us via email at email@example.com.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes,brokerage fees, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Import Fees may include the following charges:
- Duties: the amount charged by the country for an individual item
- Freight: transportation costs incurred by the carrier
- Insurance: the amount for insuring the package
- Taxes: the Value Added Tax (VAT) charged by the country
- Brokerage: the amount charged by the broker to clear customs
- Disbursement: the amount the carrier charges to disburse the costs to the country
- Other Fee(s): the transaction fee and any additional costs that may be incurred (e.g., rural-area charges, extra fees for a particular country, etc.)
We currently do not accept and will not process International returns.
